The year 2014 was full of travelling to dog shows - with our dogs but also without them in case, when Iva was invitated to judge. This year Iva got many invitations, much more than any other time. Iva judged club shows in Australia (93 entries), club show of Rhodesian Ridgebacks in Australia (107 entries), club shows in Italy (21 entries), Portugal (24 entries) and Hungary (29 entries). At the end of this years sow season Iva was honoured to judge french Basset breeds at the European Dog Show in Brno.
We have entred many shows in 2014 and we had good succes of both Basset Hounds and Braque d´Auvergne.
From the highlights:
Club shows of The Hound Club (KCHH) - 7. a 8.6. 2014 - Judges: P.Freer a M.Rodgers (GB). Calvin Klein B.H. - "Junior Best in Show".
Calvin Klein, called Kevin, and Eva had highlight on club duo show-weekend by winning both days titles "Junior Best in Show", which nominated them to compete - and later have won - special price for the more succesfull hound of the show weekend - one-week holiday on croatian island Cres. Eva gave this prize to her parents, so that Iva and Fanda could spend one more week on their motorbike by travelling to Croatia. They spent wonderfull time with other colleagues from the club, who joined then in Cres.

Unfortunately this year we lost two of our senior girls - Victoria and Zofia.
In UK we took a part at celebration of 60th Anniversary of Basset Club.
We enjoyed both show and gala dinner afterwards.
